ü The organization shall conduct internal audits at planned intervals to determine whether "ALL" the quality management system (QMS), conforms to the requirements of this (ISO 9001) Standard, is carried out according to the requirements established by the organization (called ‘planned arrangements’), and, is effectively implemented, maintained, and effective (therefore 'process auditing' has become a requirement!).

ü The referenced guidance document ISO 19011, requires that auditors be trained and competent.

ü The responsibilities and requirements for planning and conducting audits, and for reporting results and maintaining records shall be defined in a documented procedure.

The program has been updated to include all new requirements of AS9100C, for example Risk Management.
All individual audits are based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act model, thus are truly 'process audits'!
And, ALL Required and Necessary Documentation is provided, including,

ü The AS9100 required documented procedure for internal audit,

ü A detailed auditor training instruction and test, and templates for training and competence records,

ü An internal audits scheduling and status template,

ü 12 internal audit forms, which together include all ISO requirements, and each includes:

• auditing tips from AFC for each audit scope/focus,

• the ability to insert in the organization’s ‘planned arrangements’ for that audit scope,

• all necessary audit questions,

• an audit summary template, which serves as the ISO-required internal audit record!

ü And, (very important) a system “Owner’s Manual”, which contains all the plans, recommendations, and tips necessary for effective internal audit process implementation, management, and continual improvement!

PROGRAM / SYSTEM COST?

The initial cost of the comprehensive and effective internal auditing system is $995. However, as with all AccuFast Consulting products, we will rebate $50 to customers that complete our product customer satisfaction survey after their implementation project is complete. So the final cost will be $945.

Also, AccuFast Consulting can assist remotely with system, implementation, and/or training questions at the rate of $95 per hour, as needed.
